  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden.
  3. Add vegetables and cook 5–7 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, salt, and pepper and cook briefly.
  5. Rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
