Ingredients
  

  • 600 g chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Method
 

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6–7 minutes.
  3. Flip and cook another 6–7 minutes until done.
  4. Cook garlic in butter for 30 seconds.
  5. Add broth and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to pan and cook 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
