Method
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6–7 minutes.
- Flip and cook another 6–7 minutes until done.
- Cook garlic in butter for 30 seconds.
- Add broth and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Return chicken to pan and cook 2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
