Method
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 5–6 minutes.
- Flip chicken and cook another 5–6 minutes until fully cooked, then remove.
- Reduce heat and cook garlic in butter for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Return chicken to pan and cook 2 minutes while spooning sauce over it.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
