Ingredients
  

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken skin-side down for 10–12 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook another 8–10 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  6. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
