Method
- Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and remove.
- Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Pour in broth and cream and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan and cook until fully done and coated.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
