Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and remove.
  4. Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  5. Pour in broth and cream and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the pan and cook until fully done and coated.
  7. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
