Ingredients
  

  • 500 g boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat for 1 minute until warm.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly golden.
  3. Add butter and garlic, cooking for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and broth, then cook another 5–7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Sprinkle parsley, rest for 2 minutes, and serve warm.
