Method
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Place the chicken in the pan and cook for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat and add butter and minced garlic, spooning the butter over the chicken for 1–2 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and cook for another 1–2 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
