Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onions

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and buffalo sauce until smooth in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in chicken, hashbrowns, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Stir in half of the shredded cheeses, then spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and green onions.
  6. Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
