Easy Air Fryer Chicken Casserole for Small Batches

A creamy, cheesy chicken casserole made in the air fryer and perfectly portioned for two to three servings. Quick, comforting, and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, heavy cream, sour cream, half the mozzarella, cheddar, vegetables, and seasonings. Mix well.
  3. Lightly grease a 6–7 inch baking dish and spread the mixture evenly inside.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top.
  5. Air fry at 350°F for 12–15 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
